Dear P,
You are truly more than just a sister to me. You're the one who drives me crazy and tests my patience, yet somehow, we manage to reconcile within minutes after a heated argument. Since you were a mere 2-year-old, you've been my ultimate role model. I've met countless people in my 23 years on this planet, but none come close to your strength, silliness, and unwavering work ethic.
You've faced more nonsense in the past 21 years than most people do in their entire lives. I have immense respect for how you handle your Celiac Disease diagnosis. Our family and friends know that Dad and I can be real jerks when it comes to ensuring you get a gluten-free meal, and they're absolutely right. I'm proud to say that I will always go the extra mile to ensure your food is safe, even if it means some temporary embarrassment.
I was around 4 years old when I started following a strict gluten-free diet. Initially, it was a challenging transition, but I quickly realized that I wanted to be the person who could protect and stand up for you for the rest of my life. Your Celiac Diagnosis has given me courage, confidence, and a sense of purpose. So, thank you for letting me be a part of this incredible journey we call life, P.
I'll forever keep your contact on emergency bypass in my phone because I never want you to suffer without my help. It doesn't matter what time it is, the circumstances, or where we are in our lives—I will always be your biggest supporter and protector.

Love,
- B
